2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause
notice of said meeting to be published in the Mound-Westonka Sun, the
official newspaper of this municipality, and to be mailed to the owner of
each parcel of land described in. said assessment roll, at least two weeks
before the date of said meeting.
NOTICE OF HEARING ON ASSESSMENTS FOR
Dunwoody Sewer, 1971 LS -1
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Council of the Billage of
Orono, Minnesota, will meet in the Orono Village Hall on Monday, September
25, 1972, at 7:30 p.m.., for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on
the assessments proposed to be made against property benefited by con-
struction of 1971LS-1, an Improvement consisting of sanitary sewer
laterals in or adjacent to the areas hereinafter described as the areas
proposed 'to be assessed.
The area proposed to be assessed for 1971LS-1, is all situated in Hennepin
County and described as follows:
All that land abutting, adjacent to, or in the
vicinity of the following streets and described
property:
Lots 1 through 4, Block 8
Townsite of Langdon Park
Dunwoody Avenue
The roll.:of assessments is naw on file in. the office of the Village
Clerk -Administrator.
The owner of any property which may be assessed for special benefit derived
from said improvement may, at the above stated time and place, present
oral or written statements concerning the assessment. .
