WHEREAS, the total cost including espenses incurred in making the
Improvement on Dunwoody Avenue are calculated to be $45,552.00 of which
amount the Village will pay $21,145.52 as its share of the cost,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village
of Orono, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the expenses incurred in the making of .said Improvement, are
calculated to be $45,552.00, and
2. That the amount to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be
$27,331.48, of which $2,925.00 is to be dedicated to the retirement of the
.1963 Sewer Treatment'Plant Bonds.
3. That the Village Engineer shall calculate the proper amount to be
specially assessed for the Improvement against every assessable'lot, piece
or parcel of land, without regard to cash valuation, and in accord with
M.S.A. 429.051 and shall prepare a proposed assessment roll which shall be
filed with the Village Clerk -Administrator and open to public inspection.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota
Minnesota at a regular meeting held August 14., 1972.

A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE LEVY OF TAXES FOR UNASSESSED PORTION OF
SANITARY SEWER PROJECT NO. 1971LS-1, AND SUBMITTING LEVY TO THE HENNEPIN
COUNTY AUDITOR
BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of Orono,
Minnesota, as follows:

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE. ENGINEER TO DETERMINE THE AMOUNT TO BE ASSESSED,
AND TO PREPARE THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR 1971 LS -1
DUNWOODY SEWER PROJECT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the
Village of Orono, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the expenses incurred in connection with the Improvement
are estimated to be $27,760.87, and
2. That all of said expenses stall be specially assessed and that
none of said expense shall be paid by the Village (other than
any amount it would pay as a property owner), and
3. That the Village Engineer shall calculate the proper amount to
be specially assessed for the Improvement against every assessable
lot, piece or parcel of land, without regard to cash valuation,
and in accord with M.S.A. 429.051 and shall prepare a proposed
assessment roll,*hich shall be filed with the Village Clerk -
Administrator and open to public inspection.

RESOLUTION #459
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A HEARING ON SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT 1971 LS -1
DUNWOODY SEWER
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Orono,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. The assessment roll heretofore duly prepared for Dunwoody Sewer,
Improvement No. 1971 LS -13, and now on file in the office of the Village
Clerk -Administrator, is hereby approved as the proposed assessments for
said improvement, and this Council shall meet at the Village Hall, on
Monday, the 25th day of September, 1972, at 7:30 p.m. o'clock, for the
purpose of passing upon said assessments and hearing all objections
thereto.
