A RESOLUTION -APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES
FOR THE PRIMARY ELECTION TO BE HELD SEPTEMBER 12, 1972, AND THE
GENERAL AND VILLAGE ELECTION TO BE HELD NOVEMBER 7, 1972
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that, pursuant to M.S.A. 203.21 amended, the following
persons are appointed as election judges for the Primary Election to be
held September 12, 1972, and the General and Village Election to be held
November 7, 1972:

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ENGINEER TO•DETERMINE THE AMOUNT'TO BE
ASSESSED, AND TO PREPARE THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR 1971 LS -1
DUNWOODY SEWER PROJECT
WHEREAS, contracts for the construction of 1971 LS -1 (the improvement)
have been previously let, and
WHEREAS, the -expenses incurred in making the Improvement have been
calculated under the direction of the Village Council, and said expenses
have been reasonably estimated to be $27, 760.87,
