BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village .Administrator and Village
Attorney be, and hereby are, directed to prepare and serve this order and
take all other necessary action in accordance with this resolution and in
accordance with Minnesota Statutes 54.63.15 through 54.63.26.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota, at
a regular meeting held July 24, 1972, by a vote of 4 ayes and 0 nays.

RESOLUTION #453
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING METROPOLITAN? COUNCIL AND METROPOLITAN
SEWER BOARD TO ESTABLISH A SINGLE SERVICE DISTRICT
WHEREAS, no equitable arrangement has been made for the allocation
of cost in the Metropolitan Sewer District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Metropolitan Sewer Board and
Metropolitan Council be encouraged to establish a single service district
for plant and interceptor cost and these costs be paid based upon a single
sewer district.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota, at a
regular meeting held July 24, 1972.

ment of this order
be made
to the District Court of Hennepin County,
State Of Minnesota,
unless
corrective action is taken by the said State

5463.13;
and
