Ziegler is the record owner of certain real property located at 2950 Casco Point Foad, within the Village of Orono, legally described, as follows; That part of Lots 102 and 103 in 3prin Park, Lake Minnetonka, according to the map or plat thereof on file and. of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for IJennepin County, Lying Easterly of a line drawn from a point on the Southeasterly line of said Lot 102, distant 45 feet Southwesterly from the most Easterly point of said Lot 102, to a point in the JJorthwesterly line of said Lot 103, 24' feet Southwesterly from the most Northerly corner of said Lot 103. The-4est half of Central Avenue, vacated, lying between extensions across it of the 113ortheasterly line of said Lot 103 and a line extending from a point on the Easterly line of said I:`ot 102 distant 15 feet Southerly along; the Easterly line of said Lot 102 from the .most Easterly corner of said Lot 102 to the most Northerly corner of Tract R, Registered Land .Survey No. 461, Files of registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin. WHEREAS, the building constructed on said real property -consists of only an open basement with no water supply, and no sanitary facilities and constitutes a health and fire hazard.; N0,4, THEREFORE, LE IT FESOLVED, that pursuant to Kinnesota Statutes 1463.16 the said Marforie L. Oberhauser, Mayor RESOLUTIOItiT X4.52 A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE OWNERS OF A H AZARDOUS BUILDING IvITHIN THE VILLAGE TO CORRECT THE HAZARDOUS C01,DITIOi WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota is the record owner of certain real property located at 2140 Kenwood Way, within the Village of Orono, legally Lot 2, Block 1; Rearrangement of Wallace's Addition. WHEREAS, the building constructed on said real property is in a dil- apidated condition, has no water supply, has no sanitary facilities and con- dition, anYlealth and -fire hazard; NO -4, THEREFOR, BE IT EESOLVED, that pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 5463.16 the State of Minnesota is ordered to correct the condition above- described on the grounds that the condition is hazard.ous within the meaning of Minnesota Statutes 0463.15 through 5463.26; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the said State of Minnesota is ordered to correct the condition by razing the building and filling in the excavated area, or in the alternative, checking and rebuilding as necessary the foundation, bearing; walls and nonbearing: walls, replacing structural mem- ber which are weak, checking and replacing or repairing the entire heating, electrical and plumbing systems as necessary to bring: them within the specifications of the Municipal Code of Orono, and,sall window seals and doors should be repaired as necessary, and the building should then be closed and aeau-ted o!� o uupiud, within 45 days from the date this order is duly served upon the State of Minnesota; and
