The Village has been sued by Lawrence Gleason alleEing water ddmage to his
property, and
It appears the suit may be settled if the Village cures the existing water
problem,
TiiEEEi00EE the Village Engineer is directed to prepare and implement a plan to
cure the problem but shall not expend more than 3300.00 of Village funds with-
out further Council approval.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, iylinnesota at a special
