A RESOLUTION REGARDING A NURSING HOME IN
SPRING PARK, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, the Village of Spring Park is seeking a certificate
of need from the State of Minnesota on construction of.a nursing home; and
WHEREAS, the service area for thea project will be Spring Park,
Mound, Minnetonka Beach, Parts of Orono, Minnetrista, Tonka Bay, and
Shorewood; and
WHEREAS, the need for such a -fac'ility is pressing and urgent.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Orono, that endorsement be given to the nursing home project
proposed by the'Village of Spring Park, but this does not commit the
Village of Orono to any financial contribution.
Adopted by the Village Council df the Village of Orono, Minnesota at
a regular meeting held February 28, 1972.

A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AXLE WEIGHT LIMITS
ON VILLAGE STREETS
The Village of Orono ordains that axle weight limits are restricted on
the following streets in the Village of Orono from March 20, 1972
through May 15, 1972:
The following streets are limited to 5 ton axle limits: Arbor Street,
Baldur Park, Barrett Avenue, Bayview Place, Bederwood Drive, Birch Lane,
Bohns Point Road, Bracketts Point Road, Briar Street, North Brown Road,
Carman'Road, Carman Street, Caroline Avenue, Casco Point Road, Casco
Avenue, Cherry Avenue, Central Avenue, Cherry Place, Chevy Chase Drive,
Concordia Street, Corral Road, Country Club Road, Crestview Avenue,
Crystal Avenue, Crystal Bay Road, Crystal Place, Dahl Road, Dakota -Avenue,
Dickenson Street, Dunwoody Avenue, East Lake Street, East Long Lake Road,
