A RESOLUTION TO CONTINUE THE OFFICE OF LOCAL ASSESSOR
UNDER A JOINT ASSESSING DISTRICT
We hereby certify by resolution, passed this 10th day of
January, 1972, that we wish to continue the office of local
assessor pursuant to Resolution #406 and the agreement dated
September 7,,1971, establishing a joint assessment district.
We agree to assume the costs of training our assessor in courses
approved by the State Assessors' Board for the purpose of obtaining
the assessor's certificate to the extent of course fees and
recognized travel expenses not paid by the State.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota,
at a regular meeting held January 10, 1972.

RESOLUTION #432
A RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF CIGARETTE LICENSES FOR 1972
WHEREAS, Chapter 62 of the Municipal Code provides for the licensing
of those persons engaged in the retail sale of cigarettes and other
tobacco products and establishes a fee for the license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized
to issue licenses in 1972 to the following persons for sale of
cigarettes and tobacco products at the locations indicated below:
