BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the said Helen Bergquist is
ordered to correct the condition by razing the building and filling
in the excavated area, or in the alternative, checking and rebuild-
ing as necessary the foundation, bearing walls and non-bearing
walls, replacing structural members which are weak, checking and
replacing or repairing the entire heating, electrical and plumbing
systems as necessary to bring them within the specifications of
the Municipal Code of Orono, and all window seals and doors should
be repaired as necessary, and the building should then be closed
and secured or occupied, within 45 days from the date this order is
duly served upon here; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a motion for summary enforce-
ment of this order be made to the District Court of Hennepin
County, State of Minnesota, unless corrective action is taken by
the said Helen Bergquist or unless her answer is filed within
the time specified in Minnesota Statutes 463.18; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Administrator and
Village Attorney be, and hereby are,,.directed to prepare and serve
this order and take all other necres.sary action in accordance with
this resolution and in accordance with Minnesota—Statutes 463.15
through 463.-26.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota,
at a regular meeting held December 27, 1971.

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1971 TAX LEVY, COLLECTIBLE IN 1972
(RECERTIFICATION OF TAX LEVY FOR ORONO)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Village Council of the Village of Orono, County
of Hennepin, Minnesota, that the following sums of money be levied
for the current year, collectible in 1972 upon taxable property in
the Village of Orono, for the following purpose:
For All Funds -(including P.E.R.A.) $413,648
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Sewer Debt Redemption Fund levy of
$23,500 for 1971 adopted September 4, 1963, by Resolution #23 is
unnecessary and is ordered cancelled.
