RESOLUTION #425
A RESOLUTION -ORDERING THE OWNERS OF A HAZARDOUS BUILDING
WITHIN THE VILLAGE TO CORRECT THE HAZARDOUS CONDITION
WHEREAS, Joseph H.. Labovsky is the record owner of certain
real property located at 4340 North Shore Drive,,within the Village
of Orono, legally described as follows:

A tract of land comprising Lots 5",'6 and 7, Block 16,
Saga Hill Revised, Hennepin Co., Minn., including that
part of Washburn. -Street,, Vine Place and Canal now
vacated as shown on the P1a.t• of ,Saga Hill Jtevised,
Hennepin Co., Minn., which tract is' described as
follows: Commencing at the most Easterly corner of
said Lot 5; thence Northwesterly along the North-
easterly line of said Lot 5 and the same extended
to the center line of Canal as shown on said Plat;
thence Southwesterly along the. center line of Canal
to its intersection with the extension of the South-
westerly line of said Lot 7; thence Southeasterly
along said last -described Southwesterly -line of
Lot 7 and the same extended to its intersection with
the Northerly line of County Road NO. 19; thence
Easterly along said line to its intersection with
the Northeasterly line of Lot 5, Block 1.6, extended;
thence Northwesterly along the Northeasterly line
of said Lot 5, Block 16, extended to the point of
beginning, according to the plat thereof on file or
of record in the office of the Register of Deeds
in 'and ,for said Hennepin County.
WHEREAS, the building constructed on said real property
is in a dilapidated condition, has no water supply, and constitutes
a health and fire hazard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT PURSUANT TO Minnesota
Statutes 463.16 the said Joseph H. Labovsky is ordered to correct
the condition above described on the grounds that the condition
is hazardous within the meaning of Minnesota Statutes 463.15
through 4.63.26; and
