A RESOLUTION RENEWING THE CONTRACT AGREEMENT OF THE
SUBURBAN HENNEPIN COUNTY RELIEF BOARD FOR 1972
Councilman McCarthy offered the following Resolution.:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Contract heretofore submitted,
signed. and executed by the Suburban. Hennepin County'Relief Board,
of the County.of Hennepin for and during the year 195'4,for the
administration and supervision of poor''.r�elief in the Village of
Orono be, and the same is hereby accepted`;` approved,�renewed and
extended for and during the year 1972 with the same force and
effect as though said•original Contract, above described, were
redated and resigned and. executed as of the date hereof.
The question. was on the adoption of the Resolution, and
a roll being called there were 4 yeas and 0 nays.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota,
a a regular meeting held December 13, 19`71.

A RESOLUTION EXEMPTING VILLAGE PROPERTY
FROM SPECIAL- ASSESSMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota,

WHEREAS, at the .time of the determination of the Village Council. of
the Village of Orono of the total amounts of money to be assessed
in the proceedings of the improvements listed below certain parcels
of land had been exempted;'the'nature being Village owned property
and therefore not subject to assessment.
The following Special Sewer Assessments to be exempt: Delete from
Tax Roll:
Village of Orono, Highwood Lake Minnetonka - Plat 42300 - Parcel 9250
Levy 3302 - 1966 Interceptor Sanitary Sewer 63-1B - 11.02 acres
at $_110.00 per acre $727.34
Village of Orono, Section 7 - Plat 41307 - Parcel 220, Levy 3302 - 1966
Interceptor Sanitary Sewer 63-1B - .82 acres at $110.00 per acre 54.14
Total 1 $781.48
