benefits thereof; and that it agrees to support on an apportionment
basis its pro rata share of the cost of the administration of such
district provided, however, that for the period of January 1, 1972
through December 31, 1972, this cost shall not exceed 34¢ per capita
on the basis of the last official census.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall be
deemed an agreement to continue to participate in such nursing
district on the"basis hereinbefore -specified with all other political
subdivisions' adopt# g,li sim1lax resolutions..
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was
seconded by Councilman Dorn. Upon roll call there were 3 yeas and
0 nays.
I, Ralph H. Martin, Clerk of the Village of Orono hereby certify
that the above is a true copy of a resolution adopted by the governing
body of the Village of Orono in an official meeting at the Village
of Orono on November 22, 1971.

RESOLUTION #422
A RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL OF THE
ORONO-NORTHERN STATES POKIER COMPANY STREET LIGHT CONTRACT
RESOLVED That the Village Council of the Village of Orono:
Hennepin County, Minnesota, hereby accepts the proposal of the
Northern Sates Power Company, a Minnesota -corporation, to furnish
street lighting service with all lights located or to be located in
said Village, and hereby approves all rates, terms, conditions, and
specifications in the Street Lighting Contract made a part of the
proposal of said company, and the proper officers of the Village are
hereby authorized and directed to execute the aforesaid Contract for
and in the name of,the Village, and to affix the corporate seal
thereto.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota at
a regular meeting held November 22, 1971.
I DO HEREBYCERTIFY that I am the Village Clerk -Administrator of the
Village of Orono, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and that I am custodian
of its records; that the above is a true and correct dopy of Resolution
adopted by the Village Council of said Village on November 22, 1971.
