A RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS FOR WATER
IMPROVEMENTS 1970 LW -1 WATERMAIN
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Orono, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The proposed assessment for Water Improvements should
be and are hereby amended as follows:

equitable, and necessary to a fair assessment for payment of the
cost of said'improvement.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota
at a regular meeting held December 13, 1971.
