Re: Address change request for 1150 Homestead Trail
There are two parcels addressed 1150 Homestead Trail. One parcel is vacant, and the other is improved with a single family residence. The property owners at 1150 Homestead Trail has
made a request to the City to change their address to the following:
28-118-23-32-0017 (vacant) 1150 Homestead Trail to 1175 Homestead Trail
28-118-23-32-0018 (improved) 1150 Homestead Trail to 1125 Homestead Trail
Please submit the necessary paperwork to Hennepin County as soon as practical.
