subsequent. installment; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that any property owner may
pay the entire unpaid balance of the assessment against his property
-at any time with interest to December 31 of the year in which said
payment is made.
3. The Clerk -Administrator is hereby authorized and directed
to certify a copy of the assessments and a copy of this resolution to
the County Auditor of Hennepin County to be extended on the proper
tax lists of the County for collection with other real estate taxes
in and, for the Village.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by member McCarthy; and upon a vote being taken, the
following members voted in favor thereof:
Mayor' Oberha.user, Councilmen Dorn, Fra.nzel, and McCarthy
and the following members voted against the same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota, at
a.'special meeting held October ll, 1971.

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1972 TAX LEVY, COLLECTIBLE IN 1972
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, County
of..Hennepin, Minnesota, that the following sums of money be levied for
the current year, collectible in 1972 upon taxable property in the
Village of Orono, for the following purpose:
For All Funds including P.E.R.A $446,953
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Sewer Debt Redemption Fund levy of
r $23,500.00 for 1971'ad.opted September 4, 1963 by Resolution #23 is
unnecessary and is ordered cancelled.
The Village Clerk -Administrator is hereby instructed to transmit a
certified copy of this resolution to the County Auditor of Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
