4.. The office of local assessor is thereby abolished until
re-established pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,273.072 or by action
of this Council.
S.. This resolution shall be effective upon the adoption
and filing of a similar resolution by another party to the agreement
in accordance with the agreement.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota at
a regular meeting held September 13, 1971.

A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR
