WHEREAS; the Village Council has determined that a reasonable
settlement for the cost of items #1 through #7 of Section C is
$8,085.25;
_WHEREAS, payment of $3,968.33 has been made to.`Bergerson-
Caswell, Inca as partial payment for item #1 through #7 of Section C,
of said contract.
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved. that the treasurer
for the Village of Orono.shall direct a check to Bergerson-Caswell,
Inc, in the amount of $4,116.92 in full and complete settlement,
accord and satisfaction for -items #1 through #7 of Section C of said
contract.

RESOLUTION #406
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING -AGREEMENT AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION AND APPOINTING REPRESENTATIVE
AND ALTERNATE
TO THE WEST HENNEPIN DISTRICT BOARD
WHEREAS, the Village of Orono has discussed entering into a
joint and cooperative agreem.ent relating to employment of a full time
assessor;
AND WHEREAS, it appears inithe best interest -df -,the Village
of Orono to enter into the proposed agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
ORONO, MINNESOTA:
1. The joint and cooperative agreement relating to employment
of a full time assessor, a copy of which is attached to this resolution,
is approved. _x•r-
2. The Mayor and the Cler--Administrator are authorized to
execute the necessary copies of the agreement.
3. William McCarthy is -named Representative under the terms
of the agreement and Earl Dorn is named alternate.
