A RESOLUTION ORDERING WATER IMPROVEMENTS IN A PORTION OF CASCO POINT
INCLUDING CASCO CIRCLE, IVY PLACE AND AN AREA CONSISTING OF FIVE
-HOMES ON COUNTY ROAD 51 TO THE HENDRICKSEN BRIDGE AREA OF ORONO,
AND DIRECTING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR

BE IT RESOLVED'by'th`eiVillage Council of the Village of Orono,
Minnesota, as follows:

1. It is hereby found and determined that notice of hearing '
on a municipal water improvement in a portion of Casco Point including
Casco Circle, Ivy Place and an area consisting of five homes on s
County Road 51 to the Hendricksen Bridge area of the-Vi•llage was duly
mailed on June 3, 1971, and published':in- the' Mound-West-onka Minnetonka
Sung the official newspaper of the Villate, .on June 3, 19.7=1, as required
by Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, arra' a'so't'deTe,d-byl:thi"s Council on
May 28, 1971.
2. A public hearing having been held on said improvement on
June 14, 1971, and.opportunity having been given at such hearing to all
persons to make known their views on said improvement, and this Council
being fully advised of the pertinent facts, does hereby order the
construction of said improvement.
3. The Village Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
prepare final plans and specifications for said improvement and to submit
them to this Council:

regular meeting held June 28, 1971.
