We have reviewed the proposed grading plan for Paul Hanson and would recommend
approval as presented. The overflow for the pond will be to the northeast
across Lake Street which will not cause any problem to adjacent residents.
The pond may cause some problems for the City street if the water elevation
gets up to or near the elevation of the road and site for extended periods of
time. If this situation occurs, it would be desirable to locate the reported
culvert under Concordia Street or place a new culvert to control the pond ele-
vatinn.
If you have any questions, please contact this office.
