Following up on our telephone conversation of last week regarding
the marsh on the property described above, please consider the enclosed
revised engineering survey.
Based on our discussion, I notified Hedlund engineering of the need to
fill in the side of the marsh nearest the proposed structure, while
maintaining the capacity of the marsh area.
The enclosed proposal would actually slightly increase the capacity
of the marsh, without significantly changing the general location,
or causing difficulty for the neighbors.
I hope that you will ag.ee that developement of the property should
be an asset for the community, since it would be our intention to
keep the marsh and the area around it cleaned up and not to allow
debris such as ladders, tires, etc. to accumulate.
Regarding your other request for the proposed home to be staked out
on the property, Hedlund Engineering should be doing that during the
coming week, and I will give you a call when that has been accomplished.
