Dear Mr. Hanson,
This letter is in response t-) our ;hone conversation on July
26. You mentioned that the city haj expressed some concern re-
garding the lowland area on your lot. As I understand, the city
will allow you to fill in the south end of the lowland if we
provide compensating storage in the north end. I have revised
your survey to show proposed contours. The proposed contours
as shown will provide for an additional percent storac:e capacity
from the existing contours. The �lopp on the northside of your
house is a 4:1 slope.
