Dear Mr. Gaffron:
This letter will confirm our telephone cony :sation of today. This
conversation was in regard to the building permit and the drainage
concerns that I have regarding the property to the east of my property,
which is located at 1825 Concordia Street on Fagerness Point.
Our conversation reassured me that I should not experience any in-
creased problems due to drainage or run-off from the construction on
the lot un the east side of Concordia Street.
As you know, Concordia Street slopes very gently to the east. It is
extremely important that this slope not be disturbed or that any fill
be placed in such a manner that it prohibits drainage of the street
and the hill to the east. I am assuming that that will be carefully
investigated by either you or the City Engineer, and that we will have
no problems which will result in any drainage onto my property. If
you foresee any difficulties, please contact me immediately.
