Margaret Antoine, Lot P(i and the S. 50' of Lot 27,
Coffee's Addition to Shadywood, 1780 Concordia Street,
(Fagerness Point) is reaues i0j-119 cli vi sicn of her 1-355
acres into 3 lots. The request is for two lots of ?,-, acre
and one of .31 acro.
Two of the lots meet tho zoning requirement of
R -1D �S acre. The third does not and would have onl.? 38t
• frontage which is fs,-.L- !hor.t of the 140' required by our
code.
If the 3 lot divisions were approved, It would also
allow a garage and barn on a lot upon vhich there was no
principal building (hams j „ ;'his would violate 31.31.0 of
the Code.
I recommend that the request as presented be denied
and that this applicant be rea„uostad to appJ7 for a division
into 2 lots. A 2 lot division would meat our Code)
requirementa.
