Dear Mr. Antoine:
There seems to be some confusion as to ownership of
property at 1761 and 1780 Concordia Street.
According to our records, David Holste is the owner of
1780 Concordia and you are the owner of 1761 and 1765
Concordia, consisting of a house and cottage on the
same lot.
We have a permit showing 1761 and 1765 Concordia were
hooked up in January, 1967 but do not have any record
of 1780 Concordia, now owned by Mr. Holste, having
been hooked tip. We are charging `1r. Holste for one unit,
so if he is not hooked up we are in error on our records.
If you would be so kind as to inform me by a call or
write me a letter stating if 1780 Co cordia is hooked
up, who did it and when, I wool a most app eciative.
