A RESOLUTION REVISING ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR NAVARRE
AREA WATER IMPROVEMENT 1970 LW -1 ADOPTED
OCTOBER 11, 1971
BE IT RESOLVED that the assessment roll for Navarre
area water improvement 1970 LW -1 adopted by the Council
of the City of Ororo on October 11, 1970 is hereby
amended as follows:
1. The assessment of Plat 41317, Parcel 2000, District 38
in aggregate amount of $1,276.00 is hereby stricken
and deleted from said assessment roll.
2. The assessment of Plat 42060, Parcel 5600, in the
aggregate amount of $2,407.00 is hereby reduced to
\ $1,827.00. 1�ri
1 Adopted this 27th day of August, by a vote of 4 ayes
and nayes.
