WHEREAS, ihe City has adopted reasoi�able regulations regarding the construci:ion and use of l�keshore and dock facilities when such facilities are used aud mlintained by tluee or more f�unilies, which regulations include the amnial licensiizg of Joint Use Docks pursuaut to Section 94-37 of ihe Oroizo Muiucipal Code; aud WHEREAS, the purpose of this Resolution is to set forth the above noted general coizditions and coiiceins and the following special conditions as they relate to an application for aii aiuival Joint Use Dock License descriUed on Exlubit A attached, NOW, T�iEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Orono hereby directs tlle Staff to issue a Joint Use Dock License accordiiig to the facts and conditions uoted oii Exlubit A attached.
