Tl�e LMCD,DNR a�id City of Oroiio niust fulfill their trusfieeslup over �lie puUlic waters Uy protectiilg agaiilst iiiterference by auyoiie, including those who assert the conunonlaw rights of ripariau owilers,whether ox not they Ue conimercial mai-inas or residential owilers; WHEREAS, as to Lake Miiuietoillta, a iiiufiial riglit of enjo}nnent exists between and is shared Uy ripariau owners aild the public generally,iio one riparian owizer has exclusive privileges over Lake Miiuletoi�lca. The only additional privaCe riglit that airy ripariaii owner rnay have over the puUiic generally is to construct one dock to ihe navigable depth of ihe puUlic waters. There caii be no dispute bttt fihai tlle puUlic generally aud eacli riparian owizer to Lake Miimetoiika has i;he right to use the entire surface area of Lake Mimietonlca for all suitlble ptuposes in connnon with all oiher ripariau owners. DOCK LAYOUT The dock structure or layout authorized by this license shall be as shown on attached Exlubit B. Any changes in this layout shall be subject to prior review and approval of the City Council. N. SPECIAL CONDITIONS required for compliance with the ordinance of the City and/or the LMCD.
