SUBJECT: Concordia Ave. Cul-de-sac
DATE: July 29 1968
A proposed octagonal cul-de-sac on the north end of Concordia
Ave. has been received by the Village. The cul-de-sac is
50' in diameter and comprised of tracts F and G of a
proposed registered land surv:y.
While the 50 foot diameter is only half what we would require
of a subdivider, I feel that the village should accept it in
this case as an improvement ever the existing circumstances.
