3. William T. Mills, of Orono, Minnesota, the consulting engineer for
the Village, is hereby authorized and directed to prepare final plans and
specifications for said improvement and to submit them to this Council.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota, at
a regular meeting held May 24, 1971.

RESOLUTION #393
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR
1971LS-1, DUNWOODY SEWERS
WHEREAS, the Village Council by.resolution dated April 26,
1971, authorized William T. Mills, the Village Engineer, to prepare
plans and specifications of 1971LS-1, Dunwoody, (the Improvement),
WHEREAS, said plans and specifications are now on file with the
Village Clerk in the Village Hall.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED "`by the V•i15Iage "Council of the
Village of Orono, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The plans and specifications' for the Improvement
prepared by William T. Mills, of Orono, Minnesota,
and now on file as stated above are hereby approved
as the plans and specifications in accordance with
which the Improvement shall be constructed, except
as they may be modified by further action of this
Council in accordance with law, and
2. The Village,Council shall meet on June lid, 1971, at 7:30 P.M.
at the Village Hall, for the purposes of considering
sealed bids for the construction of the Improvement, and
taking such action thereon as may be deemed most expedient,
an& such bids shall be received no later than June 11, 1971,
at 11:30 A. M. and may be publicly opened, read, and
tabulated at that time by the Village Clerk and Village
Engineer for consideration by the Council, and
