ROLL CALL
City Council members present: Mayor Bob Tunheim, City Council Members Alisa Benson, Claire
Berrett, Jacqueline Ricks. Absent: Steve Persian.
Staff present: City Administrator Adam Edwards and City Clerk Christine Lusian.
COUNCIL CODE OF CONDUCT
Administrator Edwards introduced the item of drafting a council team code of conduct. The
group discussed conflicts of interest, social media use, values statement,respect, discourse,
active listening, and private use of telecommunications during a public meeting, and a process
for complaints or concerns. Members expressed pride in reaching consensus on this and directed
staff to bring an updated council code of conduct to the Feb 24 meeting for review and approval.
