RESOLUTION #384
A RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF CIGARETTE LICENSES FOR 1971
WHEREAS, Chapter 62 of the Municipal Code provides for the licensing of
those persons engaged in the retail sale of cigarettes and other tobacco
products and establishes a fee for the license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized
to issue licenses in 1971 to the following persons for sale of cigarettes
and tobacco products at the locations indicated below:
