A RESOLUTION SETTING WATER AND SEWER RATE USE FOR
VILLAGE. OF ORONO FOR THE FERNDALE GREEN-CHEVY CHASE AREA
BE IT RESOLVED.BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF.THE VILLAGE OF ORONO,
MINNESOTA., AS FOLLOWS:
1— That the water rate use pier quarter for the Ferndale Green-
-Chevy Chase areas of the Village oT'Or`dno shall be as follows:.
1st 10,000 gal. .99� per, 1,'D'O 0 gala

2. That the sewer rate use per quarter for the Village of Orono

Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota, at a
regular meeting held December 14, 1970, by a vote of 3 ayes and 0 nays.

RESOLUTION #377
A RESOLUTION RENEWING THE CONTRACT AGREEMENT OF THE
SUBURBAN HENNEPIN COUNTY RELIEF BOARD FOR 1970
Councilman Butterfield offered the following resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED That the Contract heretofore submitted, signed and executed
by the Suburban Hennepin County Relief Board of the County of Hennepin for
and during the year 1954 for `the administration and supervision of poor
relief in the Village of Orono be, and the same is hereby accepted,
approved, renewed and extended for and during the year 1971 with the same
force and effect as though said original Contract, above described, were
redated and resigned and executed as of the date hereof.
