The Village Council shall meet -.on November 9, 1970, at 7:30 P.M. at the Village Hall, for the purpose of considering sealed bids for the construction of the Improvement, and taking such action thereon as may be deemed most expedient, and such bids shall be received no later than November 6,, 1970, at 11:30 A.M. and may be publicly opened, read, and tabulated at that time by the Village Clerk and Village.engineer for consideration by the Council, and 3.: The Village Clerk shall cause to be published once at. least three weeks prior to the opening of said bids, in the official newspaper- of the Village and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids for the construction of the Improvement, as required by law. The Village of Orono, with a population of 6,741, has no' post office and is served by seven different post offices at the present time. Post Offices serving Orono include, Wayzata, (pop. 3,600); Long Lake, (pop. 1,500); Maple Plain, (pop. 1,150);Excelsior, (pop. 2,300); Mound, (pop.7,400); Navarre, (a part of Orono)' and Crystal Bay, (a part of Orono)'.
