r. <br />(Resolution #361,,: continued) <br />WHEREAS, the building constructed on said real property has been <br />abandoned but has not been removed . and there remains a building and <br />foundation which creates a hazardous condition; <br />NOT, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />463.16 the said C. M. Gabriel is ordered to correct the condition above <br />described on the grounds that the condition is hazardous within the <br />meaning of Minnesota Statutes 463.15 through 463.26; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the said.C. M. Gab-riel is ordered to <br />correct the -condition by -razing the building and filling in the excavated <br />area, or in the alternative, checking and rebuilding as necessary the <br />foundation, bearing walls and non-bearing walls, replacing structural <br />members which are weak, checking and replacing or repairing the entire <br />heating, electrical and plumbing systems as necessary to bring them <br />within the specifications of -the Municipal Code of Orono, and all -window <br />seals and doors should be repaired as necessary, and the building should <br />be closed and secured or occupied, within 45 days from the date this <br />order is duly served upon him; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a motion for summary enforcement of this <br />order be made to the District Court of Hennepin County,_State of Minnesota, <br />unless corrective action is taken by the said C. M.
