A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION #336 APPOINTING
ADDITIONAL ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE PRIMARY ELECTION
TO BE HELD SEPTEMBER 15, 1970, AND THE STATE AND
VILLAGE ELECTION TO BE HELD NOVEMBER 3, 1970
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that., pursuant to M.S.A. 203.21. amended, the
following additional persons are appointed as election judges for
the Primary Election to be held September 15, 1970, and the State
and Village Election to be held November 3, 1970:
Lorraine Benson
Neva Mills
William H. Condon
Arvis Thompson
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota, at
a regular meeting held September. 14,.1970.

RESOLUTION #361
A RESOLUTUION ORDERING THE OWNERS OF A HAZARDOUS BUILDING WITHIN THE
VILLAGE TO CORRECT THE HAZARDOUS CONDITION
..WHEREAS, C. M. Gabriel is the owner of certain real property located
at 115 Stubbs Bay Road South within the Village of Orono legally
described as follows:
That part of Lot 44, Auditor's Subdivision 203,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying northeasterly of
a line commencing at a point in the east line of the
southeast 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of the northwest 1/4
of Section 5, Township 117, Range 23 distant 153 feet
south from the northeast corner thereof; thence
northwesterly 131 feet along a line which if extended
would intersect the north line of the said southeast
1/4 of the northeast,1/4 of the northwest 1/4 1;at a
point distant 317 feet west from the northeast corner
thereof; thence at right angles southwesterly 14 feet;
thence at right angles nortlresterly 220 and. 99/100
feet; thence at right angles•northeasterly 14 feet to
the north line of said southeast 1/4 of the northeast
1/4 of the northwest 1/4.
