A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION
OF PROPERTY FOR PURPOSES OF A
PUBLIC'WATER SYSTEM
WHEREAS,. there is a need to acquire property on which a
test well and permanent well can be constructed for the municipal
water system in the Navarre area; and,
WHEREAS, there is property owned by Ronald Kullberg and
Audrey Kullberg which is favorably located for such construction and
on which exists a well hole indicating favorable conditions for a
municipal well; and,
WHEREAS, the negotiation price is reasonable under all
circumstances considered.
NOW, THEREFORE, BEITRESOLVED, that the execution of an
option agreement allowing for the payment of $100 for the right to
drill a test well which, if successful, would authorize exercise of
the option agreement to purchase the property for the total price of
$10,000 is hereby authorized.. The execution of a purchase agreement
allowing for payment on terms consistent with the funding of this
public project or on terms otherwise acceptable to the Village is
also hereby authorized,.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono_, Minnesota,
at a regular meeting held July 27, 1970..

A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR -THE
PRIMARY ELECTION TO BE HELD SEPTEMBER 15, 1970, AND THE
STATE AND VILLAGE ELECTION TO BE HELD NOVEMBER 3, 1970
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, That, pursuant to M.S.A. 203.21 amended., the
following persons1'are appointed: as election judges for the Primary
Election to be held September 15, 1970, and the State and Village
Election to be held November 3, 1970:
Kathryn Allison Goldie Koppel
Maurine Anderson Sheila Kozar
Hazel Anderson Janet Lenmark
