AND WHEREAS, it appears that Bill Wear Excavating of Long Lake,
Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village
of Orono, Minnesota:
1.' The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to enter into the attached contract with Bill Wear Excavating of Long
Lake, Minnesota in the Village of Orono; Minnesota for the improvement
of Willow Drive from the intersection of Watertown Road to the
Burlington -Northern Railroad tracks according to the plans and specifi-
ca.tions therefor approved by the Village Council and on file in the office
of the Village Clerk.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized.and directed to
return -forthwith to all bidders the.deposits made with their bids,
except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest
bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE, SALE AND DELIVERY OF $355,000
IMPROVEMENT BONDS OF 1970, SERIES A, AND.'$945,000 IMPROVEMENT BONDS
OF 1970, SERIES B, PAYABLE FROM THE IMPROVEMENT BOND REDEMPTION FUND,
AND APPROPRIATING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AND TAXES TO T14AT FUND FOR THE
PAYMENT OF SUCH BONDS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota,
as follows:
1. For the purpose of providing $355,000 to finance the cost
of constructing Sewer and Water Improvement 1967LS-1 and 1967LW-1,
Sewer and Water Improvement 1969LS-.2 and 1969LW-2, and Sanitary
Sewer Improvement 1969LS-1, and for the purpose of providing $945,000
to finance the cost of constructing Sanitary Improvement 1970LS-1,
