<br />under meetings and in the public packet located in the lobby near the entrance. Applicants will be asked
<br />to move to the lectern to answer questions after staff presents the application. The Planning
<br />Commission is an advisory body to the City Council. If action is taken on any items on this agenda, they
<br />will be scheduled for an upcoming City Council meeting. A quorum of the City Council may be in
<br />attendance of a Planning Commission meeting to hear comments made, though no action or
<br />deliberation of the Council will occur.
