1. The plans and specificat-ions for the Improvement
prepared by William T..Mills, of Orono, Minnesota,
and now on file -as stated above are hereby approved
as the plans and specifications in accordance with
which the Improvement shall be constructed, except
as they may be modified by further action of this
Council in accordnace with law, and
2. The Village Council shall meet on June 8, 1970,.at
7:30 P.M. at the Village Hall, for the purpose of
considering sealed bids for the construction of the
Improvement, and taking such action thereon as may be
deemed most expedient, -•and such bid's shal.l be received
no later than June 5;'.,1.970; tat _11,30;LA-4Mr and may be
publicly opened, read, and tabulated at that time by
the Village Clerk and Village Engineer for consideration
by the Council:;, and
3. The Village Clerk shall cause to be published once at
least three weeks prior to the opening of said bids; in
the official newspaper of the Village and in the Construction
Bulletin, an advertisement for bids for the construction
of the Improvement., as required by law; j
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota, at
a regular meeting held May 11, 1970.

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DONATION OF
LYNDON STUBBS, ESTABLISHING A TREE FUND
'WHEREAS, Lyndon .St'ubbs wishes-to"donate the sum of $220.00 to the Village
of Orono for the purpose o.f establishing a Tree Fund for Old Crystal
Bay Road.
1. Trees are to be planted on the Old Crystal
Bay Road right ,., o f way.
2. Trees are to be planted -by Village Employees
and Mr. Stubbs will provide labor`of on:e man
for one day.
