1) It is hereby found, determined and declared that the
lowest two bids submitted by responsible contractors
for the construction of the respective schedules of
work of said improvements are as follows:

Metro Contracting ................$56,526.50
Northdale............... 64,483.50
2) The contracts for the. -construction of 69LS-1 are hereby
awarded to the lowest bidder for each respective
i s.che:du.le `of :world•; (and the Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to return the bid deposits of all bidders
.except the lowest two bidders of each schedule of
work. The bid deposits of the lowest two bidders of
each respective schedule shall be retained pending
the execution of contracts.
3) The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into
contracts with the low bidder for each schedule of .
work upon s.aid bidder furnishing a!satisfactory corporate
surety bond conditioned upon the satisfactory prefotmance
of the work according to plans and specifications and
otherwise as is required by law.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota at a
regular meeting held May 11, 1970.

A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT "FOR BIDS .FOR
1970LS-1, FOREST LAKt-SAGA HILL SEWERS'
WHEREAS, the Village Council by resolution dated April 13, 1970,
authorized William T. Mills, the Village Engineer, to prepare plans
and specifications of 1970LS-1, Forest Lake -Saga Hill, (the Improvement),
WHEREAS, said plans:and sp,ecifications arenowon file with the Village
Clerk in the Vil-1-age Hall,.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village
of Orono, Minnesota, as follows:
