1. The plans and specifications for the Improvement prepared
by William T.. Mills, of Orono, Minnesota, and now on file
as stated above are hereby .approved as the plans and
specifications in accordance with which the Improvement
shall be constructed; except as they may be modified by
further action of this Council in accordance with law, and
2, The Village Council shall meet on May 11, 1970, at 7:30 P.M.
at the Village.Hal1, for the'purpose of considering sealed
bids for the construction of the Improvement,,and taking
such action thereon as may be deemed most expedient, and
such bids shall be received no later than May 8, 1970, at
11:30 A.M, and may be publicly opened, re -ad, and' .
tabulated at that time by the Village Clerk and Village
Engineer for consideration by the Council, and
3. The Village Clerk shall cause to be published once at.
least three weeks prior to the opening of said bids,
in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids
for the construction of the Improvement,.as required by
law.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono,
Minnesota, at a regular meeting held April 132 1970.

A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR
1969LS-1, SHOREHILLS
WHEREAS, the Village Council by resolution dated December 22, 1969,
authorized William T. Mills, the Village Engineer, to prepare plans
and specifications of.1969LS-1, Shorehills, (the Improvement),
WHEREAS, said plans and specifications are now on file with the Village
Clerk in the Village Hall.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Orono, Minnesota, as follows:
