A RESOLUTION ORDERING SEWER IMPROVEMENT AND
DIRECTING PREPARATION"OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
1970LS-1, FOREST LAKE -SAGA HILL
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the.Village of Orono,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. It is hereby found and determined that notice of
hearing on a sanitary sewer improvement in the Village designated as
1970LS-1 was duly mailed on February 11, 1970, and published in the
Mound-Westonka Minnetonka Sun, the official newspaper of the Village,
on February 12, and 19, 1970,.as required by Minnesota Statutes,
Chapter 429, and as -ordered by motion of this Council -on February 9,
1970.
2. -Public hearing having been held on said improvement on
February"26, 1970, and opportunity having been given at such hearing
to all persons to make•known.their views -on said improvement, and
this Council being fully advised of the pertinent facts, does hereby
order the construction of said improvement.
3. William T. Mills, of,,.,Orono, Minnesota, the consulting
engineer for the Village, is hereby•authorized and directed to prepare
final plans and specifications for said improvement and to submit them
to this Council.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota, at
a regular meeting held April 13, 1970.

A RESOLUTION APPROVING"'PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR
1969LS-2 AND 1969LW-2, CHEVY CHASE
WHEREAS, the Village Council by resolution dated March 23, 1970,
authorized William T. Mills, the Village Engineer, to prepare plans:
and specifications for 1969LS-2 and 1969LW-2, (the Improvement),
WHEREAS, said plans and specifications are now on file with the Village
Clerk in the Village Hall.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village,Council of the Village
of Orono, Minnesota, as follows:
