1. Septic system is incomplete. -ranks are in. Required
interium pumping contract has been submitted to City.
2. Building permi* was issued for a 3 bedroom house. A 5
bedroom house was built. The lot cannot physically support
a septic system for a 5 bedroom house, but can support a
system for a 4 bedroom house, and proposed mound is designed
for a 4 bedroom house. Contractor has, therefore, removed
the 5th bedroom by removing the closet which defines it as a
bedroom. The owner is on notice that this house may not
revert to a 5 bedroom status.
