2 That the Hennepin.County Board of Commissioners and the Hennepin
County Highway Department undertake the development of plans in
conjuction with the affected municipalities which will include the
construction df a high-speed multiple land highway going west to
Hal -'stead's Bay and Dutch Lake, making Highway #7.and Highway #12 to
serve as a circumference highway.
3. That the Hennepin.County Board of Commissioners and the Hennepin
County Highway Department develop plans for creating spoke routes
from the area immediately adjacent to Lake Minnetonka to said
circumference highway.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Ornno, Minnesota
at a regular meeting held March 9, 1970.
