A RESOLUTION ORDERING SEWER IMPROVEMENT 1969LS-1-AND
DIRECTING PERPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Orono,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. It is hereby found and determined that notice of hearing
on a sanitary sewer improvement in the Village designated as 1969LS-1
was duly mailed on November 19, 1969, and published in the Wayzata -
Plymouth Minnetonka Sun, the official newspaper of the Village, on
November 20 and 26, 1969, as required by Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429,
and as ordered,by motion of this Council on November 10, 1969.
2. Public hearing having been held on said improvement on
December 1, 1969, and opportunity having been given at such hearing
to all persons to make known their views on said improvement, and
this Council being fully advised of the pertinent facts, does hereby
order the construction of said improvement.
3. William T. Mills, of Orono, Minnesota, the consulting
engineer for the Village, is hereby authorized and directed to prepare
:.final plans and specifications for said improvement and to submit
them to this Council.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota,
at a regular meeting held December 22, 1969.

RESOLUTION #319
A RESOLUTION NAMING A
GROUP INSURANCE PLAN
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota,
that the Village join with Hennepin County employees (and other municipal
employees) in a group insurance plan offered by Blue Cross of Minnesota.
The Village employees Life Insurance coverage will also be placed
through the Hennepin County plan.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Or , Minnesota,
at a special meeting held January 5, 1970.
