A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION #114 AND #269
TO PROVIDE SEWER RATES FOR SEWER DISTRICT #1
(FRENCH LAKE DISTRICT)
The service charges are <amended to read as follows;,
A sewer availability service charge equal to the full rate sewer
service charge shall become effective January 1, 1970 on property
.not hooked to the system where service is available.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota,
at a regular meeting held December 22, 1969.
