HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 314RESOLUTION #314 A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING SANITARY SEINER CONNECTION CHARGES TO THE SEWER UTILITY FUND WHEREAS, the proceeds of the Sanitary Sewer Connection Charges have been heretofore deposited to the bond redemption fund as collected; and WHEREAS, the Sanitary Sewer Connection Charges are part of the sewer utility income; and WHEREAS, the deposit of said funds to the Sewer Utility account will provide better records as to the total income of the sewer utility. BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council -of the Village of Orono, Minnesota, that: 1. The Village Treasurer is instructed to appropriate all Sewer Connection charges collected to the sewer utility fund; and, 2. Each October the total amount of connection charges paid during the past year shall be determined and if there is a deficit in the bond redemption fund, the surplus in the sewer operating fund, if any, may " be credited to the bond redemption fund up to the total amount of connection charges.
