RESOLUTION #313
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLANS
AND ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT,,m69SL-1
WHEREAS a public hearing on the matter of providing residential street
lighting in the Ivy Place area of Casco Point has been held, and
WHEREAS the Village of Orono has a contract with Northern States
Power Company for the provision of such service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Village Council of
the Village of Orono, Minnesota, that the Preliminary and Final
Plans authorizing a three -unit installation are hereby approved, and
THAT the Improvement 69SL-1 is hereby ordered and the Engineer and ,
Administrator of the Village are authorized and directed to proceed
with the Improvement.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota at
a regular meeting held November 24, 1969.
