A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE
2006 FEE SCHEDULE
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota that the
2006 Fee Schedule will be amended by increasing the following Federally Mandated Safe Drinking
Water fee:

Testing Program
(Charged per service connection)
Fee
5 $6.36 per year, billed quarterly
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at a regular meeting held July
24, 2006.
