Re: Septic System, 4385 Chippewa Lane, Peterson/Fitaler
Dear Ms. Leverson:
I have been requested by Desyl Peterson to apprise you of the current
status of the septic system at 4385 Chippewa Lane. I have discussed the
repair procedures with Marc and Desyl and they have initiated soil testing in
anticipation of completing repairs as soon as weather and ground conditions
permit in the spring.
The existing system would appear to have enough capacity to serve thew
through the winter, although an occasional pumpout may be necessary during
periods of high useage or if the surface discharge becomes a nuisance to the
neighbors. Please be advised that the City will allow continued use of the
existing system until such time that repairs are made. We would expect that
repairs would be completed by July 1, 1986.
